Respuesta :

The beginning of the twentieth century was marked by the beginning of the world war which, in addition to changing the life and customs of the population, served as inspiration for the artistic production of the countries involved in the conflict.

The war, its dangers, and its consequences can be seen in literature, music, paintings, sculptures and even cinema. Regarding literature, we can see influences of war in all types of text, including poetry.

Poets used to talk about the dangers of war. It is very common to see poetry where physical dangers serve as inspiration. In these poems it is possible to see the description of all the destruction, deaths and misery that the war brought.

However, some poets preferred to create poetry portraying the psychological and emotional dangers that war caused. In these poems it is possible to see the description of loneliness, fear and hopelessness in waiting for better days where the conflict would no longer exist.
