If I was Mrs. Jones, and Roger tried to steal my bag, I would not have reacted the same way. I would have called the police, and press charges. I would also sit down with him and explain why you shouldn't steal someones personal belongings. Then I would also ask for my bag back, and have him pay a fine or something to stop his behavior, so then, he wouldn't steal things, or look through things to teach him what is right from wrong.
