is it wrong for a school to force you to write in agreement on something you don't support or agree with. (because my school is and im getting a 0 for my answer)
It's pretty dumb that they're forcing you to do it. If you're not doing some thing out of your own free will, naturally you wouldn't give your best into the thing that they're forcing you to agree on.
