The places with the most potential are the places at the highest points of the track (i.e., right behind where the coaster is situated, and towards the end of the loop). These places have the highest stored energy, that can be used.
The places with the most kinetic is where the low points of the track is at. In this case, it will be where the coaster is situated, and the latter half of the loop.
