True, during valley forge, the rag-tag military army that was the continental army had some foreign support. German officer (Whose name I forgot) helped discipline the Army properly. And a Polish officer also helped with training and leading. As soon as the Winter at Valley Forge ended. The Rag-Tag army was a real fighting force. Capable of taking on Britains armies.
