The whiff of bamboo made him smile,
So he decided to stay up awhile.
As he sits there chomping on the grass,
He dreams of how the day will pass.
Sitting there in the dew,
He watched a bird as it flew.
As he finished up his food for the day,
He walked to his bed while the bamboos swayed.
And now he lay there with heavy eyes,
Falling asleep, dreaming of butterflies.
