Explanation:

i) Fermi energy  function, E - Ef = h²/2mo{3π²N/V} (where, N = number of particle; h = Planck constant; V = Volume of the system; mo = mass of each electron)

ii) Let 4% probability state = Kβ = 0.04

∴ To calculate Fermi temperature = Ef/Kβ = 0.3eV/0.04 =7.5°C

But in degree Kelvin = (273 + 7.5)K = 280.5K
