(x + 5)2 + (y + 7)2 = 6
(x + 7)2 + (y + 5)2 = 36

I would say (x+5)2+(y+7)2=36. -5,-7 is the center so in the equation the signs are going to be switched to positive and the radius is always squared when talking about the equaiton of a circle.
