That angle goes through every possible one ... from zero, through acute,
then a right angle, then an obtuse angle, then a reflex angle, and back to
zero. It does this every minute ! The angle all depends on the exact time
showing on the face of the clock.
This line of reasoning is a big part of the reason why I have a strong hunch
that there's a picture of a clock face that goes along with the question.
Unless I miss my guess, you decided that we don't need to see the picture
to answer the question, and I gotta tellya that nothing could be further from
the truth. Nobody can answer the question without the picture. (Including
you.)
If you can't post the picture, then please tell us the EXACT time showing
on the clock ... the hour, the minutes, and the seconds.
