As per this sonnet the western nation was another land where there will be free and forceful states which will be incredible and effective. It will be a land brimming with engaging landscape.

As per the artist, the western land is the land loaded up with more bliss and effortlessness than in Europe. Right now, no shameful  ruler will persecute the man, and there will be no captives to make him lord.

This  land, immaculate by man, is governed by Nature, whose craftsmanship can't be thought about. This land has engaging landscape which is excellent.
