Leucine would be on the interior, and threonine would be on the exterior of the protein. Since threonine is highly polar, it will be able to interact with the water of the aqueous cytosol, which is also polar. Since serine is described as nonpolar, it would be hydrophobic and would be folded to be on the interior of the 3D protein.
