For different people, different methods are used. People who find it easier to by heart things after repeating them a couple of times, option A is suitable. For people interested in music or arts or even children, making a rhyme or jingle of complex things are a better way of remembering it. For them option D, is a better option. I dont think writing the name on your hand is a good option, but it can work in a different way. if you look at your hand many times, the name is gonna be encrypted into your mind without your actual work. but option B, is a bit awkward. to add the name into the end of every sentence would help you learn it but it will be a hard way.
But personally I think that making a jingle of it, will help you learn anything and remember it better. so I hold with option D
