Locke believed that everyone is created equal and is born with the right of Life, Liberty, and Property. Jefferson, made a decent amount of the constitution out of what John Locke believed. Like that the citizens could overthrow the government if they got to much power and abused it. Then they could create a new one that will follow all the rules.
