The Rock ground pork should be placed above the poultry.
A proper systematic hierarchy is followed when the raw food is kept in the cold storage. it is done to avoid the cross contamination among the foods. If they are misplaced or mis-stacked, the food will get contaminated and it will not be considered in future use.
In the last track of the food storage area should be filled with raw poultry and stuffed meat. While the top of the rack should be filled with ready to eat foods. and the Robi fork etc should be placed just above the last rack.
