Jaylen and kathryn designed an experiment to test the effectiveness of different laundry detergents. they used two different laundry detergents on two shirts of the same size, material, and color which had been treated with five stains of the same size. they washed each shirt with its designated detergent in the same washer on the same cycle and temperature setting. then they hung the shirts outside to dry. after the shirts dried, they looked at the shirts and decided which detergent worked better on the stains. they disagreed on the results, because one detergent worked better on some stains, and the other detergent worked better on other stains.
