I would also say, both of the above. This is clearly A and B. This is because when trying to come up with ideas to increase your profit, it requires interaction and visual information that can be used to solve the problem, come of with new ideas, create profit goals, etc. A whiteboard and flip charts can help others see visual facts and profit information to help set a goal.
