Well, I would advise to not force yourself to do anything that you are not comfortable with and try to communicate with your significant other. You cannot really do anything without communication and if you do not feel confident if the relationship is working or not, ask your partner and tell them what you are feeling, and if they feel the same but do not have any motivation anymore, then just move on.
