Grab a piece of paper and a pencil
on the front write "My Skills"
on the back write "Things I can't do yet"
under "My Skills" write some thing that you can do , learned how to do, or are good at
under "Things I can't do yet" write some things that you dont know how to do or arent very good at

MY SKILLS
- Riding my bike
- Writing poems
- Skating
Things I can't do yet
- Draw
- Drive
- Cook

on the second question you have to think of a time when grew up a little, physically and/or mentally, and explain how you felt emotionally. maybe you felt happy maybe you felt sad or maybe angry.
some people will be sad and not know why
or some people will be happy one minute and sad or mad the next minute

Answer to question #2: There was a time in my life were everything around me was changing and I felt like I didn't have anything or anyone to fall back on because my life was different. I felt fear, anxiety and wished for the situation to be over. Once I was able to get over that brick wall I felt better about myself and wished to share that feeling with others.
