I believe the answer is A Voltage available to each light remains constant regardless of the number of lights that are on.

After all that effort, you never told us what kind of circuit "... this form of circuit ..." is referring to.

After scanning the list of choices, my hunch is that you're referring to a parallel circuit, and that the correct choice is ( A ) .  

I could be wrong.
