Glycolysis produces pyruvate molecules, , and ATP. The pyruvate molecules undergo reactions that convert the three carbon pyruvate to a two carbon acetyl CoA and an one carbon carbon dioxide. The acetyl-CoA molecules are then used as the initial inputs for the citric acid cycle, as they are combined with oxaloacetate.

The reactants in Krebs Cycle are ; i) Pyruvate,  ii) acetyl-CoA,  iii) Oxaloacetate and four ( 4 ) carbon molecules

The first reactant in the 8 steps of Krebs cycle is the acetyl-CoA which is broken down to form citrate in combination of the oxaloacetate with the help of citrate synthase ( an enzyme ).  while

The products derived from the Krebs cycle includes the formation of (2) ATP, ( 6)NADH and (2) FADH2 also isocitrate and malate is gotten from the conversion of citrate.

Hence we can conclude that the reactants in Krebs Cycle are ; i) Pyruvate,  ii) acetyl-CoA,  iii) Oxaloacetate and four ( 4 ) carbon molecules.
