yeah i think the answer could be ;

     2/3 of the time it took Terrence to finish the word search

   time for Terrence; 3/4*32 = 24 min

   time for Charlotte;  2/3*24= 16 min
  
  therefore it took Charlotte 16 min to finish the word.....thx
