I think you mean: "How much MORE does the fiber weigh than the hair?"

Fiber 22 * 10^-5g  Hair 5 * 10^-5g

22 - 5 = 17 So, the fiber weighs

17 * 10^-5g more or 1.5 * 10^-4 g more
