- Do a lot in a short period of time. Try to set up a timer, set it for 10 minutes and get cracking.

- Work through your own negativity.

- Break tasks into a few sub-tasks.

- Plan to complete the task at the last minute.

- Make anxiety work for you.

try telling yourself you can do it, do more throughout your day, and dont let laziness get the best of you. its not hard
