I'd go with A
You want your readers to be satisfied with your piece, if they aren't that'd be a pitfall for the author.

A. It leaves the reader unsatisfied with how the conflict was resolved
An anticlimax is defined as a disappointing end. It is disappointing because the reader is unsatisfied with the conflict's resolution. An example of an anticlimax is when the author chooses to destroy the entire world rather than have the protagonist defeat the antagonist. Some people think that the end of Infinity War is an anticlimax because the antagonist wins and dissolves half the world's population. Romeo and Juliet can also be said to have an anticlimax. Even though the play foreshadows their death at the end, the audience begins to care about Romeo and Juliet and does not want them to die.
