The inverse of logarithmic function are exponential functions. Remember that if a base of a log is not listed, the base is always 10. Here is how you change log functions to exponential function, or the opposite, exponential functions to log functions:
[tex] log_{b}(M) = N [/tex] → [tex] M = b^{N} [/tex].
The inverse of [tex] log_{10}(100) = 2 [/tex] is [tex] 100 = 10^{2} [/tex].
Therefore, the answer is B, 10^2 = 100.
