The two modes of communication maybe Face-to-face
communication and a communication opposite to the former. This may include:
audio and text-based communication. Their differences is that (1) one is
personal the other is not (2) there is no inclusion of nonverbal cues, (3)
audio and text maybe subject to misunderstandings, (4) face-to-face needs time
and effort.
