Remember
Titles of books, magazines, movies, and newspapers are set off by italics in printed material.
When you write by hand, underline these titles. Titles of short stories, book chapters,
articles, songs, and most poems are set off by quotation marks. The first word and each
important word in a title begins with a capital letter. Words such as a, an, and, as, at, for,
in, of, the, and to are not capitalized unless they are the first or last words in the title.
Write each sentence correctly. Capitalize each title. Then underline or add quotation marks to set off the title.
