Q. Jacinda would like to purchase a family car. She lives with her partner and their son and plans to have more children over the coming three years. The family take their car on holiday with them, and take buggies, bikes and camping equipment. Jacinda is concerned about the family's carbon footprint and would like to have an efficient car. The car will be used for commuting and there is limited space in the staff car park, so staff tend to squeeze their cars in tightly. Twice a year she helps her brother transport a lot of furniture from Scotland to London. Unfortunately, Jacinda has a habit of leaving her headlights on and running down the battery.

As a car sales person, use the table below to indicate what sort of product knowledge you should have to help sell an appropriate car to Jacinda and her family. The first row has been completed as an example.
