In simple random samples of incoming freshman a Montana Stune and Montana, it was determined that 26 of the 124 students surveyed at Montana State received at least one failing grade at the end of their first semester. At the University of Montana 37 of the surveyed did the same. Use a 0.05 level of significance to test the claim that the percentage of incoming students at the University of Montana that fail at least one course their first semester is greater than their counterparts at Montana State
