Now, evaluate the elements of argumentation you just identified in each text by answering the questions provided in each column. Remember that overall, you are evaluating how effectively each author makes a claim and supports it with reasoning, evidence, and rhetoric.
TIP: You don't have to evaluate every single rhetorical device or piece of evidence individually. Instead, draw upon a few examples that show how each author uses the elements of argumentation effectively or ineffectively.
